- Former Members: After membership ends, we retain basic records (name, dates of membership, payment history) for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes
- Health Information: Deleted within 1 year after membership ends, unless required for pending legal/insurance matters
- Photos/Videos: Retained indefinitely unless you request removal
